    Start by signing up, then click on Book Your services, Our Smart Platform will identify your location, accordingly, we will get you a list of service providers in your area from which you can choose and request the service.

  • Q: I can’t access my Assistance Anytime account, I think I forgot the password?

    Please click on the customer login button on top right side of the website and click on login in the listing page. Login Pop Up box will appear and then click on the forgot password and provide the registered email or registred phone number details to reset your password .

  • Q: How can I choose the best service provider?

    All of our Service providers are professional and highly-qualified. Check the quotations, and choose the one within your budget. Also, we advise you to choose the closest service providers to your location.

  • Q: Are the services limited to my private home?

    Not at all, we can help you wherever you are, whether it’s your home, office, or at the home of your friend/relative.

  • Q: Can I select different services from different categories at one time?

    If you want to book services from different categories, you will need to do it separately. For example, it is not possible for one company to offer both beauty and plumbing services. Results will only indicate service providers that can offer all the selected services.

  • Q: Can I modify my phone number and location?

    Absolutely, just log in and then click “Profile” & “Edit”.

  • Q: I’m letting strangers into my home. Why should I trust them?

    Our Service Providers are fully background checked. When a service Provider will arrive at your location, you will be provided with the Identification OTP, only when you provide the OTP to the Service provider and the same gets matched within our systems, Service Provider will be allowed to enter your service location ( you can always ask the Service provider to add identification OTP in the agent app in front of you and you have all rights to check whether the OTP is matched or no) and start its service. Also, you can always demand an Identification proof from our service provider for your satisfaction.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?

    We don’t charge you any cancellation fees if the orders are cancelled 120 Minutes (2 hours) before the scheduled service time. 20% of the booking amount will be charges if the order is cancelled any time after 120 mins from the scheduled time.

  • Q: What is your rescheduling policy?

    We understand that plans change and it could be possible that you might want to reschedule the cleaning. Please reach out to us at least 4 hours prior to the appointment so that we can arrange to re schedule the service. Make sure that you reach out to us anytime in between 8 AM to 8PM (Support time). Any rescheduling request sent to us in between 8:01 PM to 7 :59 AM will be deemed to be received at 8 AM (Next Support Time Slot). However, any time before 120 mins of the schedule appointment time, you are entitled to cancel the appointment and book a new one and you will not be charged with any cancellation fees. For all rescheduling request you can reach out to us at or you can chat with our support agents.

    Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, and/or comments at and we are available to chat every day from 8 AM to 8 PM.

  • Q: How are your service delivery and team rated?

    You can go to the Your Profile Section , click on bookings and click on the completed service to rate our Service Provider. We will also send you the Email reminding you rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. Good rating is always appreciated without saying.

  • Q: Do your Service providers rate customers as well?

    After each service is completed, service provider generally rates the customers as well. Customers will be entitled to discounts, rewards & loyalty points on the basis of the Service provider Ratings.

  • Q: What are the modes of payment?

    We believe in transparency and integrity and hence we only accept payments through our online payment facility on our website & our apps. You can make payments using your credit card or debit card We have integrated payment services with “Stripe” and “Comm bank Australia, a trusted Australian payment gateway provider.

  • Q: What is Assistance Anytime Wallet?

    Assistance Anytime allow you to transfer money from your bank to wallet anytime and you don’t have to worry about having your card with you or pulling it out of your wallet or bag while making any new service order. All gifts cards Amount, Loyalty points encashments will be credited into your wallet only .After you login , you can click on your name on the Top right side of the website and then click wallets to access your wallet. In no circumstances you will be allowed to transfer money from wallet to banks. Wallet amount can be used only by purchasing services on our website.

  • Q: What happens if an article is damaged during service?

    Our trained Service provider is instructed to handle every item with utmost care. We have defined processes that will ensure that there are no damages during the delivery of our service. In spite of precautions, if there is an event involving damage our Service provider will proactively take measures to compensate for the damage through our or service provider’s damage protection insurance. You could also reach out or report such an incident via email to or chat with us any day from 8 Am to 8 PM. However, reporting of any such damage to our service provider or to our support agents should be done before our service provider leaves your premises. Reporting after the service provider leave will not be a valid claim

  • Q: What happens in case the requested job takes more time than expected?

    The time taken to service an order is estimated accurately and you will be informed ahead of time about the start time and the time required to deliver the service. For any unforeseen reason the service takes longer, our service provider will advise you about the additional time it might take to complete the services so that you could plan your schedule accordingly.

  • Q: Can I place a service request without registering on your site?

    No , Currently you can place a service request only through our website or through our mobile apps available on both Android and Apple App Stores.

  • Q: Would you be able to do big projects?

  • Q: What happens if I don't like your work?

    Any complaints about a job will be carefully examined, but will not be accepted if has been more than 4 hours after completion.
